I was having issues with a phone I received from assurant after having it for less than a month and I went into tmobile to see if I could get it resolved. I was helped by Malinda she was very patient with me but she wasn't as knowledgeable about the procedure with the device or warranty. The device that I was having issues with was already paid off and she told me it wasn't and that I had to pay that phone off .I was told so wrong information and ended up paying for things that I didn't really need (that was on me). She did help change my plan and lower my bill for me. After I left with purchases I slept on it and thought about it and something just wasn't right. So on the next day I did some research on my own and called tmobile customer service and they informed me on things that Malinda didn't inform me on. So after speaking with jada from customer service I called the store and spoke with the manager Mr. Charles. I call him to inform him what happened and to see if there was anything he could do to help me. He asked me to come to the store so that he could better assist me and look into my account. When I arrived at the store they were pretty busy but everyone in the store was very welcoming Mr. Charles listened to my issues and concerns and he also gave me advice and even went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Mr. Charles was very patient and kind. He didn't rush me or try to push items on me to buy and he gave me options on what to do to solve my issue. Mr. Charles was very helpful and understanding I give him a 10/10 highly recommend when you go into this location please ask for him. View on Google
