This particular center, and particularly Bobby Moffitt, is the reason I'm staying with T-Mobile after my recent switch following 30 years with Verizon. There were some glitches in the process of switching over likely because I started the process from the Costco Center in Bradenton. However, going to resolve those problems (error in initial set up of old phone and shipping of the new one) first at another T Moble store (non-corporate at Beneva and 41) I was met with resistance and not particularly pleasant attitudes. The refused to accept the old phone return and complete the new phone setup (which were told had to be done at a T-moble store- there must be some variation in the financial motivations and capabilities of these presumably independent centers. However, we were fortunate to have found the center where Bobby Moffitt was working. He immediately recognized my frustrations with the recent switch from Verizon, assured me he would resolve all issues and within a relatively timeframe, he has me up and running with the new phone and service. He was professional and confident in his demeanor. i couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. A+ experience! View on Google
