Wow! My sister (who was literally a wreck) and I came into this location, 30 minutes before they closed, and the experience we had was greater than we could imagine. Duh-Marcus was so welcoming and quick to help us! Shell-c was also there and super friendly. We both had our phone worked on, and even though it was past the closing time, both of them were willing to stay with us. 100/10 service, I’ve never had good luck with T-Mobile, but these workers were more amazing than I could image.
