I have been having trouble with my smart watch, not receiving calls and texts, draining the battery when away from my phone along with other problems. I went to the Eastgate, Beechmont and the Amelia location (when it was open), none of them were able to fix the problems, in fact the sales rep at Eastgate says "we can trouble shot, we are not tech support". But the women at your Milford location (sorry I didn't get her name) took an hour to figure the problem out. Now ALL the issues are fixed that I haven't had for over a year. I would highly recommend this location. I'm so excited to have my watch working again!
