(First employee that i know) (scott) I was told two days ago to come back when i get notify because my warranty covers my pixel defect on my phone and that I was pay to much for my internet. He walk me through what the warranty covered and how I was accepted. (10/10). Go to Scott that man, will help you through anything (Second employee older lady) Before she got to me, she was just finishing with a customer and was tell him she expected 10 on some survey?! I was up and explained to her that I had a phone that her colleague ordered to the store for me. She didn't ask for my ID, phone, name or what tmoblie plan I have. She had a look like she was done with me before we even got started. She opened the phone and told this is not a warranty is a insurance policy and then walked in to there backrooms and then told me her manager said she was right. I then decide to move on and get my internet service resolved, but she said there was nothing she could, I bought what I paid for. Again she still doesn't know what I pay and what plan I have. I am magenta max plus military w/multiple lines and internet. I went to another T-Mobile store and they stated she was wrong and to go back another day for a second Opinion and if they decline agian. To come back and they will resolve it. Advice: stick with who you know, I am seriously considering changing because of one bad egg. Replying back to the owners post on Google review. We were able to resolve this issue. View on Google
