My husband's sim quit working in his S21. Anthoney and Brie were very helpful. Unfortunately, after three hours and them attempting to switch to an esim didn't work, we had to go to another T-Mobile because they didn't have a manager on staff on a Sunday to perform the necessary override. However they gave the other store a heads up and the changeover to an S24 Plus was fairly straightforward and easy.
