Excellent After Sales Service.
Today I visited the T-Mobile Store on Legion Rd., because I had a frustrating issue with my phone that I could not solve. Within minutes the Customer Service Representative " Ray" solved my problem to my total satisfaction. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. T-Mobile can be proud to have him as an Employee, and he is a definite asset to the T-Mobile Team.
