He patiently dealt with all of our problems and the long holds with support. Fantastic customer service. Everyone who helped us was patient and kind.

Austin B was sooooo extremely helpful. We tried resolving our problems with phone calls and no success. He resolved three separate problems. It took forever (a couple hours) but he was very patient and helpful. T-Mobile’s service is way better than AT&T and Verizon, and the customer service just makes it even better.
