My husband and I visited the Sawgrass store a couple weeks ago and we were given all the wrong information. We wanted to update our phones and add a new line which they told us we needed to wait 3 months. I asked why did we needed to wait that time and no one was able to answer properly. I knew something was off and I called customer service. They told me everything was in good standing in my account and even the representative was trying to figure out why where we mentioned the 3 month waiting period. I decided to visit another store and glad we did. Miguel greeted us and gave the best service. He took the time to listen to our needs and gave us exactly what we wanted. TMobile needs more employees like Miguel!! Kudos to you, Miguel! You really know what customer service entails!! View on Google

I was here on Saturday March23 , and with the ELITE and Expert attention and service CESAR gave me I changed my phone from a 12 pro max to the 15 pro max and a much better plan , having every befit there is and the insuarence for the phone + the protection screen for a total of $138. He literally went over every plan with me and explained me to the detail everything (benefits, payment, changing phone/turn in , lease) everything. Great costumer service treatment! Great knowledge and very nice guy overall that helped me on everything. 100/10 View on Google

This store is great and Brian is the best.... we were switching to TMobile from Verizon and ran into a problem when our SIM cards were sent. We went to the store and Brian helped us and got everything solved. He stayed past closing time to fix our issue . We definitely will be going back to this store for all of our needs.
