We walked into the Cedar Hill location, and the energy was wonderful. My sister and I had just experienced awful customer service at a different location, and decided to walk out. Glad we did because Myia Miller was an absolute joy to work with. Myia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was looking to leave TMobile, but Myia was able to retain my business.
