When I walked into T-Mobile today I was greeted by Essam. My experience with him was great. He took extra time explaining everything to me. THADD was immensely helpful to me. I had no idea how to navigate getting my 92-yr. young Mom on our plan. Thadd was supremely gracious, patient, and had manners I frankly don’t see anymore from young men around his age. It was a true pleasure working with Thadd. He got my Mom signed up on my and my husband’s already existing account. And he researched and obtained a great phone number for her, in her area code, that is easy for her and all my siblings and family members all over the country to remember. Bottom line, Thadd bent over backwards to effectuate our every need and request. A phenomenal customer service rep. My hubby is owner of a software company — he was VERY appreciative of how Thadd made this all work for us, and his mom-in-law! Which made ME very happy. Therefore, great experience. Thadd was phenomenal, and made what I thought would be a stressful experience, a complete and total 180 and a smooth, happy, confident experience for us all. Thadd deserves a big raise. TRULY. He is a gem of a customer service representative…and was able to quickly communicate all the in’s and out’s to me, who is NOT in the know, about all the options, lingo, etc. THAT is and was a HUGE plus…and, again, a rarity. What a find, and gem, you have in Thadd. Oh, and he was RESPECTFUL every single step of the way. God bless him. View on Google
