I visited T-Mobile in Branson with the intention of finding a new cell provider. I entered the store to a warm greeting from 3 busy team members. I had the good fortune of dealing with Jordan, the store manager, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Jordan provided warm, courteous, and thorough service answering all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I was immediately comfortable with choosing T-Mobile as my service provider. Jordan took it a step farther to go out of his way to provide additional assistance with all things required to switch carriers. I can't recommend him and his team enough, as I am sincerely grateful.
