Gerardo was the most arrogant and smug customer service representative I have ever worked with at T-mobile. For being a 10 year tenured employee which he bolstered you'd think he would enjoyed his job much more then what was preceived. Complete know-it-all, thought he knew every question we asked him without even bringing up my account and was completely wrong on everything he told us. Gave us zero options and in the end purchased something we didn't really want. Had to call T-mobile up to get the information I needed and the credit I signed a contract for. Will never be back to this store and hope all should be weary and do the same based on his performance. Update: Had to return the phone we purchased because in reality it was a POS and didn't have the opportunity to explore any other options because they weren't given to us. We worked with Miriam who was so nice and knowledgeable and good at her job. Answered all of our questions with ease and we ended up getting a new phone for myself on a trade in and a watch for my daughter for pretty much nothing on a promotion we didn't even know about the last time we were in there earlier that day. Experience overall was 10 times better and felt Miriam redeemed my rating of the store as a whole. It was packed in there and she was so attentive to helping multiple people at once when the transfer of my new phone was updating. She should get a raise! View on Google
