I went in the store today after being told by TMobile customer care that I could get repairs done to my phone at this location. Even though my previous research showed I couldn't i followed the representatives' instructions and proceeded. When I arrived they confirmed that I could NOT get repairs done to my phone there and I was EXTREMELY PISSED. So many layers to the story and my frustration with getting my phone repaired and this made it so much worse. Fortunately Abner was there to assist me with my claim and get to the right location. He even told me about other deals and products available to me as a customer. Even though I wasn't interested, and he was likely just trying to sell me something [I worked retail and totally understand and respect it], he took the time to listen and help me resolve the issue I came in with before introducing me to other items. I felt heard even when I told him I didn't want any other items and he didn't feel pushy. I appreciate that! Thanks Abner View on Google
