We always post the negative stories but hardly the positive stories. I went to TMO store 1SBP in Dallas TX off Coit and Campbell after being direct by Cust Care and Tech Support to assist with my issues. I was provide the wrong information by CS/TS and I would not be able to walk out with a working phone. I was in the store from 1-330pm troubleshooting, making several calls trying everything possible to make it work. By 330pm I was full on Karen mood I was over it. We call CS back on line I spoke with a "manager" who said they were in they TX call center. He wasn't displaying any empathy, compassion or even trying to find an alternate solution. Being a customer for over 23 years they loyalty should could for something. We treat all her customers the same we aren't going make an exception for you. Okay...let's go ahead a d cancel both lines, I'll pay whatever I need. IMO it felt like it caught him off guard but he was going to call my bluff. I request the transfer pin. And left the store. AT&T is right across the street, so as I'm walking out I call the person on my 2nd line and say meet me at the store. Today was the day. In the mist of figuring out which provider we wanted to go with the Store Manager Jesse C comes out and talks to me and says he can you let me talk to my DM and see if we can do something. Would hate to loose 23+ plus cust over something so small. HE explained he solution and how it would all me to leave with a functioning phone. I went back into the store proceeded with the plan and instead of loosing customer saved me and up sold items. Jesse didn't have to do that but as is TMO motto he owned the problem because I walked into his store and he wanted to ensure we kept our business relationship. Jesse did this while still doing duties in the store, helping co-workers and guest and still engaged with me. He was living the mission statement of people come first and displayed empathy. Jesse handed me off to Erik H has he need to step away to handle manager things. There was also another rep in the store. I Believe Jose who also assisted. I can see the leadership Jeese has the store because there was female co-worker who never lost her patient has another customer talked her ear for well over and hour and she was just as polite and engaging and made the woman feel important while still being to service her and address issues as they arose in the store.
