Use Picks to choose the benefits, including services and device promotions, in your T-Mix plan; your plan type and number of lines determine how many Picks you can use toward benefits each quarter. Pick allotment is subject to change. Picks have no cash value; they cannot be traded, gifted, or redeemed for cash. Unapplied Picks do not carry over to the next quarter and are not refundable. Remixing: How often you can remix depends on the benefit; some benefits let you switch any time, others hold your Picks for a quarter or longer, and device promotions hold Picks for the promotion period. Annual Reselection: Once a year, we will ask you to reselect benefits with your available Picks. Existing benefits continue when you reselect them. We may change the benefits and the number of Picks a benefit requires at any time. Changes to active benefits start at your next quarter. Account Changes: Changes to your account can change how many Picks are available for benefits and may impact active device promotions. If a change leaves you with fewer Picks than your selected benefits require, you will have an opportunity to update your mix. If you do not, we will notify you before cancelling any promotions or benefits to resolve the shortfall. You can only use Picks while your account is on a T-Mix plan in good standing. Benefits and device promotions remain subject to their own terms, including third-party terms where applicable.
