T-Mobile Lakeshore for the win!! Each visit to this location I've experienced good old-fashioned attentive customer service. We were assisted by Tan, the Manager, and her entire team. A great team for sure! My dad went to another location and left frustrated and still without a new phone. All because he couldn't remember his PIN. Mind you, he has been a T-Mobile customer before T-Mobile was T-Mobile. Over 30 years. When he shared his experience with me, I knew where to go! And my Lakeshore Team did not let me down. They demonstrated professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills -top tier. They had my Dad's PIN issue resolved in less then 15 minutes. I added him to my Business Plan and was able to take advantage of some great BOGO and other device sales/discount. Anndddd, they gave me a care package with T Mobile merch. Hands down...excellent experience. Thank yal a ton. My Dad is still talking about his new phone and such a great experience.
