I had a problem with one of our trade-in phones. Another store where I got 4 phones with 4 lines could not help me or explain the situation. I was just to told to mail in the phones or come back in to give it another try. So I thought I will inquire about it at another store near where I work. Alison, the store manager, went above and beyond to resolve my situation even though I signed up at another store. She called into a couple of departments and created a case for my phone. By doing so, she got herself involved in this case because they are going to get back to her! But she has been very professional about it and gave me her contact information so I could reach out to her about the case. And she did all that while two other associates were standing by. At the other store, a mid level manager was not even aware of a big promo that was going on and swiftly passed me over to another associate when one became available and stood by. If you want the top level of service and care for T-mobile from a knowledgeable group of staff and managing team, this is the store you must check out. View on Google
