I bought a new phone from the corporate store on 528 and Ellison they told me the phone wasn’t charged and I needed to charge it before the information could be transferred from my old phone. Went home and opened the box and the phone was fully charged. When I tried to transfer the information myself it would transfer several things such as my contacts. I was on the phone with the customer service for a total of four hours (two separate calls). They were unable to fix it. I took it to the Rio Rancho store today and they were able to fix everything for me. The employees there were very professional and helpful. I will only use this store going forward
