Sai and Kanye who helped me to purchase my new iPhone were so nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, when they had to call TMobile to switch my phone over and get it set up, TMobile agents messed it up several times and left the young ladies on hold for long stretches and caused this process to take much longer than necessary. Sai and Kanye did everything right, and they both maintained a calm and cheerful attitude throughout this frustrating situation (even when TMobile’s mistakes and inefficiency caused them to miss their lunch). I have been a long time customer and personally love this location. This location has an exceptional manager, Larissa, who is always available to help. Additionally the store has two great employees that I will work my schedule around just to see them, Dollo and Kanye. I know that anything dealing with a cell phone is not always a favorable experience but they make it easy and painless. This location is perfect from the top down and you can trust them.
