After 14 years with ATT and recently moving back to NB, I went to ask if they had other plans for 55+ plus. Adamantly said NO! I went to T Mobil on Walnut. No waiting, they all greeted me as I walked in. Caden a young man asked what he could help me with. Told him I was switching cell companies. He started asking what plan I had and what I was interested. He brought the Plan book and stopped at the 55+ plan, and shyly without looking at me, asked You are 55+ plus right? I said finally...and started to explain the plan. I had to pay for what I still owed of the cellphone and started with the paper work to switch. He had to call ATT and request the code to unlock the cell. . After many tries, and 4 hrs+ he couldn't get them to unlock it. Had to wait for 3 days and still couldn't get the code! Chris, helped this time because Caden was in his lunch hour. He tried as well. My only option was to get a new cell, which was free. "2 weeks after, ATT has not unlocked my phone yet! I got everyone to pitch in, Brooklyn Joy and Austin involved. Finally Caden came back and finished the set up. He set up my new phone and was thorough. They were all great and got to know these young agents a bit more than just a client. XOXO to all of them....Highly recommend them. ps: Joy said, You been here a lot, it seems like you work here. I had spent roughly 8 hours over the course of multiple days attempting to switch networks. After running into issues with other Tmobile locations, over the phone customer care, and other network providers; Justin from the location in New Braunfels was able to resolve the issue with relative ease. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and I will be recommending him to any and all that will listen. View on Google
