After having such a terrible experience at a different store location and painful headaches from the phone support representatives, I was finally able to get the information clearly explained to me in a matter of just a few minutes by Nova. I was a previous AT&T customer, they were my first and only provider before T-Mobile, and I was looking for lower prices and deals. My experience with the other store was explained in the East Windsor store’s review, if you’d like to read that. I was losing hope for T-Mobile after it all, I even went to the Main St store before this one just to trade in my phone, but was told I couldn’t at that location since they’re not a corporate store, which I learned was another lie told to me. The only reason this review is getting 5 stars is because of Nova. They were quick with explaining everything, but explained it well enough for me to understand because they actually broke it down in detail. Nova noticed that I was going through a lot with my experience I’ve been having with the company and was empathetic as well. If I have any issues in the future, I will be sure to go back to this store. Thank you, Nova, for shedding light onto this dark experience I’ve had going into all this. View on Google

Switched over from Verizon in July. Visited store and spoke to Jackie who gave us thorough info and pricing, said we think about it. Returned following day and met with Cassandra who spent at least an hour with us and just did such a great job of taking care of every detail. We left feeling we were in good hands. Rachael went the extra mile consistently from step one through to the end. We needed multiple new lines and phones and she took care of everything and explained the whole process in detail. FABULOUS ! FABULOUS! FABULOUS ! I want to personally thank all the staff especially Long Chen and their manager Romario Roper. I have been a t mobile client for almost 23 years and this was incredible service. I brought my daughter in as she was scammed at the Big E . Into a plan she said couldnt afford charged extra for activation fees and a phone she didn't agree to ie extra memory they soold her a more expensive phone and did not give her a receipt ..When I brought her to this store i was greeted, listened to and giving options to help us. I'm an extremely satisfied with this store and the staff . P.s . We.walked in at 5 pm they close atv6 and they stayed late to help us . Thank you you .
