I have been to several T-Mobile locations and while I usually get pretty good service at every store, I think the staff here are exceptional. Both Dominick and Quantez helped me out and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Any question I had, they had an answer to and were so so so nice. I was upgrading my phone and had to spend a couple hours in the store to do so and Quantez was so incredibly patient, he did not make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. He also was just so pleasant and friendly to talk to, that I did not feel like I was in the store as long as I was! If you need help and want to be met with professionalism and efficiency, you should come to this store.
