Went in to the store and was warmly welcomed by Robert. The different promotions and options were clearly explained. Robert had to attend a meeting and Jaylene and Niko took over. Both were very knowledgeable and patient- great customer service ! We had to come back twice to finish the transaction and everyone was very patient. In the afternoon, the store was very busy but Robert was able to manage them all to limit wait time. You can tell he is a manager anyone would want to work with! I went in looking to upgrade my daughter’s note 9 (yes I know it’s an old phone lol). I was greeted immediately and made aware that there was 1 person ahead of me so I would have a little bit of a wait, which I appreciated. The store manager Robert was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I hate the fact that I didn’t get the name of the young lady that helped us because she was able to get my daughter into the latest Samsung model at 50% of the retail price!! Honestly, ALL the employees there that afternoon (Sunday Nov 26, 2023) were super friendly and all smiles 😊 I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 15 years and they actually thanked me for my loyalty lol All in all, Robert and his Sunday crew are reminders of why I stick with T-Mobile!
