I worked with Mey when switching my service from AT&T to T-Mobile. My experience with her was A-MEY-ZING! I research a deal that would help pay off my existing phones. She found an additional active rebate that sent me gift cards for each phone I brought over. After the service was started, she addressed and fixed the 2 concerns I had quickly. From start to finish, Mey took me from an AT&T customer that was paying too much to a happy T-Mobile customer that’s saving money. I’d recommend Mey to anyone considering switching providers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give this T-Mobile store more than five stars, I would! Ernesto, the manager, is truly one of the best human beings we have ever dealt with. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. His assistant and the rest of the team went above and beyond....this was honestly some of the best customer service we have ever experienced anywhere. We made the mistake of switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, and we regretted it. Between dropped calls and a monthly bill that seemed to constantly change, we knew we had to come back. Never again! Ernesto and his team made the entire process of returning to T-Mobile easy and stress-free. They reminded us exactly why we loved T-Mobile in the first place.
