My husband and I recently switched to T mobile after coming back from overseas. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies on a promotion that we didn’t end up getting due to restrictions BUT this was at no fault to this store. After being unsuccessful in getting transparency from the corporate number, we went in to this location again. They took their time speaking to the main T mobile number and they were not able to assist us. However, I have to applaud this time for being so attentive and helpful. They were transparent and did everything in their power to make it right even though it was not their fault to begin with. From the time we switched to getting help with this issue, we were taken care of, regardless of not getting the promo. Now they have called us back and done what they could within their means and we are grateful for not being forgotten. This is the type of customer service that keeps people around!
