My mother is beginning to have memory issues and needed help with her Moto G. When we arrived, Georegee solved the problem as quickly as possible, as it involved technical maneuvering. She was very pleasant and offered other ways to ensure my mom has a great experience with her phone. This is not our closest location (my wife and I are also members), however it is our families preferred location based on previous interactions like today. Such a great experience today.
