We roll up our sleeves to make an impact.

T-Mobile's Employee Matching Program allows our employees to support the causes that inspire them the most.

We’re proud to match our employees’ donation dollars and volunteer hours, up to $2,000 per employee per year. We also provide $5,000 Huddle Up Volunteer Grants which allow employee teams across the country to support youth projects in their own back yard. Through our matching program, our employees raised $4 million for charitable causes in 2020. Our employees also volunteered more than 48,000 hours for causes they care about most.

Through our Huddle Up Volunteer Grants, employees have directed $1.2 million to organizations in their local communities since 2017. In 2020, volunteer activities were halted due to the pandemic, but we were still able to donate nearly $200,000 through the first couple of months.

GIVING SEASON

#CaptureKindness

True to our Un-carrier style, we mobilized customers, employees, and fans to help feed American families facing hunger during the holidays by providing 42 million meals since 2017.

Through a unique partnership with Feeding America—the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization—T-Mobile invited everyone to #CaptureKindness, mobilizing our hugely popular T-Mobile Tuesdays app and social media followers to donate more than 15 million meals to people in need during the 2020 holiday season.
