  • Both of our donation collection partners provide the option to search for and acquire tax receipts for donations made via their connection on their websites.

    To acquire your receipt, you will need to enter the phone number you used to donate into the website. Afterwards, you’ll receive a text with a PIN. Once you enter the PIN into the website, you’ll be able to see receipts for all of the donations you’ve made.

  • It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.

    1. Decide which cause(s) you’d like to donate to.
    2. Text the corresponding keyword to the applicable short code.
    3. Confirm your donation.

    Once you text the corresponding short code to the non-profit of your choice, you’ll receive a text message back identifying the amount you’ll be donating, the non-profit you’ll be donating to, and instructions detailing what to text back to confirm. After you send your reply text, you’ll receive a second text confirming that your donation was successful.

  • We take protecting your information seriously. Please visit the Terms & Conditions of the non-profit of your choice and the site below to learn more.

  • Their carrier must have approved the non-profit organization on their network before your friends can participate.

  • If the non-profit you decided to donate to has enabled text alerts, you will receive a second text after your donation explaining your options. Simply respond to that text confirming that you want the alerts.

  • If you’re on the Simple Choice or T-Mobile ONE plans, you will only be charged for the amount you agreed to donate. If you’re on a different T-Mobile plan, message & data rates may apply.

  • Text the word HELP to the short code you are interested in donating to. You’ll get a text back with information on how to get help.
