A NETWORK OF GIVING

Making our communities stronger together.

Together, we’ve raised nearly $5 million and counting.

You post. We donate.

Join us in posting a photo, video, or message of appreciation for all military with #HatsOff4Heroes. For each tweet or post, we’ll donate $1 to support veterans with Team Rubicon.

In 2017, your texts raised a total
of $1.1 million. Let’s keep going.

With a simple text, you can donate to select charities. We’ll add your donation to your next T-Mobile bill.

Get answers to your questions.

All T-Mobile customers (excluding Prepaid) who have not enabled content blocking or short code blacklisting may participate.

It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Decide which cause(s) you’d like to donate to.
  2. Text the corresponding keyword to the applicable short code.
  3. Confirm your donation.

Once you text the corresponding short code to the non-profit of your choice, you’ll receive a text message back identifying the amount you’ll be donating, the non-profit you’ll be donating to, and instructions detailing what to text back to confirm. After you send your reply text, you’ll receive a second text confirming that your donation was successful.

Their carrier must have approved the non-profit organization on their network before your friends can participate.

If you’re on the Simple Choice or T-Mobile ONE plans, you will only be charged for the amount you agreed to donate. If you’re on a different T-Mobile plan, message & data rates may apply.

Both of our donation collection partners provide the option to search for and acquire tax receipts for donations made via their connection on their websites.

Find your tax receipts at one of the following sites:

To acquire your receipt, you will need to enter the phone number you used to donate into the website. Afterwards, you’ll receive a text with a PIN. Once you enter the PIN into the website, you’ll be able to see receipts for all of the donations you’ve made.

We take protecting your information seriously. Please visit the Terms & Conditions of the non-profit of your choice and the sites below to learn more.

If the non-profit you decided to donate to has enabled text alerts, you will receive a second text after your donation explaining your options. Simply respond to that text confirming that you want the alerts.

Text the word HELP to the short code you are interested in donating to. You’ll get a text back with information on how to get help.
