In addition, if you’re one of the following, you may be able to submit a personal data request on behalf of someone else:
You’re the parent of a child with a designated
T-Mobile or Metro Kids’ Line.
You’re the parent or guardian of a child who has an account with any of our brands.
You’re the authorized agent of an adult who has an account with us.
Once your request is complete, you’ll hear back from us within 45 days.
What you need to submit a request as a parent, guardian, or authorized agent
Your email
You’ll need a valid email address you can access and verify during the request process.
Your phone number
Make sure your phone can receive SMS text messages.
Your ID
We may also ask for a copy of your valid U.S. driver's license or passport.
Your photo
If we ask to see your photo ID, you’ll also need to take a photo of your face using a device with a camera. This ensures the ID truly belongs to you.
