Start a personal data request.

Privacy laws in several U.S. states provide residents the right to access, delete, and correct personal data that businesses have collected about them. At T-Mobile, we offer these same choices to customers who reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In addition, if you’re one of the following, you may be able to submit a personal data request on behalf of someone else:

  • You’re the parent of a child with a designated T-Mobile or Metro Kids’ Line.

  • You’re the parent or guardian of a child who has an account with any of our brands.

  • You’re the authorized agent of an adult who has an account with us.

Once your request is complete, you’ll hear back from us within 45 days.
