Your account is missing an email.

To submit a personal data request, an email is needed so we can communicate with you. Here are two ways to set that up: 

Add an email to your T-Mobile account

  1. Visit your T-Mobile ID settings and enter your email address
  2. Watch for a confirmation email from donotreply@notifications.t-mobile.com
  3. Click “Confirm Email”
  4. Begin a new personal data request

Don’t want to add an email to your account?

You have the option to submit a request using a different type of online form. You’ll still need to include an email, but it won’t be connected to your T-Mobile ID. And you may need to provide proof of your identity.
