To submit a personal data request, an email is needed so we can communicate with you. Here are two ways to set that up:  ## Add an email to your T-Mobile account 1. Visit your [__T-Mobile ID settings__](https://www.t-mobile.com/signin?state=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.t-mobile.com%2Faccount%2Fprofile%2Ftmobile_id) and enter your email address 2. Watch for a confirmation email from [email protected] 3. Click “Confirm Email” 4. Begin a new personal data request [Edit your settings](https://www.t-mobile.com/signin?state=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.t-mobile.com%2Faccount%2Fprofile%2Ftmobile_id) ## Don’t want to add an email to your account? You have the option to submit a request using a different type of online form. You’ll still need to include an email, but it won’t be connected to your T-Mobile ID.
