Verify that you are an authorized agent. As part of the process, you may need to upload documents that show your:
Agent’s or agency name
Consumer’s first and last name
A clear statement granting the authorized agent permission to act on behalf of the consumer
Proof of the consumer’s permission (e.g., physical signature, electronic signature, etc.)
