AutoPay FAQs

AutoPay is a service that allows you to set up recurring monthly payments for your bill. We will automatically withdraw your payment each month, using your preferred payment method.

Each line on the account gives $5 off the total monthly bill. Valid for up to 8 lines (or $40 off).

Never worry about missing a payment or incurring a late fee. Just select a payment method of your choice and let AutoPay handle your monthly payments.

AutoPay processes the total balance on the account. If your account balance is zero for the given billing cycle, a payment will not be processed.

Once AutoPay has been enabled for a full billing cycle, the discount will be applied to the next bill.

Before you click Agree and submit, you'll see the frst AutoPay date above your payment method. Upon submission, your next AutoPay date will be shown on the Account landing page for future reference.

On the AutoPay page:
- Add a payment method (or click Edit ot modify the current payment method).
- Click Agree and submit to accept the Terms and Conditions and complete setup.

On the AutoPay page:
- Click Edit (next to the current payment method).
- Select a stored payment method or add a new payment method.
- Click Continue.
- Click Agree and submit.
