AutoPay is a service that allows you to set up recurring monthly payments for your bill. We will automatically withdraw your payment each month, using your preferred payment method. If you set up AutoPay with a debit card, a bank account payment, or the T-Mobile Visa® card, you'll get the discount for the number of lines allowed by your qualifying plan. ## How is my discount calculated? Your AutoPay discount is calculated based on your payment method. To qualify, you need to pay your bill with a debit card, a bank account or the T-Mobile Visa® card-- using other methods, even for part of a payment, will cause you to lose the discount on your next bill. The discount is applied per line, up to the maximum number of lines allowed by your plan. - ### When will my first AutoPay payment be processed? Prior to selecting AGREE & SUBMIT, you’ll see your first withdrawal date displayed above your selected payment method. After setup, your next AutoPay date will be shown on the Account landing page for future reference. - ### When will I see the AutoPay discount apply to my bill? The discount will be applied to the following bill once AutoPay has been enabled for a full billing cycle, when you use a debit card or bank account payment. If you use another payment method (e.g. a credit card or Apple Pay) you will be ineligible for the AutoPay discount on your next bill. - ### How do I sign up for AutoPay? Pay by Bank is simply using your bank account as the payment method for AutoPay. It keeps your payments hassle-free without worrying about expiring cards. - ### Are credit cards or virtual wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay still an acceptable payment method for AutoPay? You can still set up AutoPay with a credit card or a virtual wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay, but these payment methods are not eligible for the AutoPay discount. - ### What payment methods are eligible for the AutoPay Discount? Eligible payment methods include: - Bank accounts - Debit cards (including T-Mobile MONEY debit cards) - The T-Mobile® Visa card If you change your AutoPay method, the discount is reassessed for eligibility with each billing cycle and will resume if eligible payment methods are used. - ### What happens if I've just made full payment or my T-Mobile account balance is zero (or negative), am I going to be double charged this month? No, if you've paid your total balance, AutoPay will not be processed this month. - ### How does AutoPay determine the amount processed? AutoPay processes the total balance on the account.
