Prior to selecting AGREE & SUBMIT, you’ll see your first withdrawal date displayed above your selected payment method. After setup, your next AutoPay date will be shown on the Account landing page for future reference.

The discount will be applied to the following bill once AutoPay has been enabled for a full billing cycle, when you use a debit card or bank account payment. If you use another payment method (e.g. a credit card or Apple Pay) you will be ineligible for the AutoPay discount on your next bill.

On the AutoPay page:
1. Add your payment method (Select ‘change payment method’ to modify the default selection if applicable.
2. Select a withdrawal date from the payment date drop down.
3. Click AGREE & SUBMIT to complete enrollment. -
On the AutoPay Landing Page:
1. Click Cancel AutoPay
2. Click YES, CANCEL AUTOPAY -
Never worry about missing a payment or incurring a late fee. Simply select a payment method of your choice and let AutoPay handle your monthly payments moving forward.

Pay by Bank is simply using your bank account as the payment method for AutoPay. It keeps your payments hassle-free without worrying about expiring cards.

You can still set up AutoPay with a credit card or a virtual wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay, but these payment methods are not eligible for the AutoPay discount.

Eligible payment methods include:
- Bank accounts
- Debit cards (including
T-Mobile MONEY debit cards) - The
T-Mobile ® Visa card
If you change your AutoPay method, the discount is reassessed for eligibility with each billing cycle and will resume if eligible payment methods are used.

No, if you've paid your total balance, AutoPay will not be processed this month.

AutoPay processes the total balance on the account. If your account balance is zero for the given billing cycle, payment will not be processed.

On the AutoPay Landing Page:
1. Click "Edit" - Next to current payment method.
2. Select a stored payment method, or add a new payment method.
3. Click CONTINUE.
4. Click AGREE & SUBMIT. -
On the AutoPay Landing page:
1. Open the Payment Date dropdown
2. Select your new date
3. Click SAVE CHANGES
4. Click Done -
To qualify for the AutoPay discount, you must use a debit card or bank account. Using a credit card or other ineligible payment methods results in losing the discount for the next bill. The discount is reassessed for eligibility each billing cycle and will resume if eligible payment methods are used.
