Peter Osvaldik is the chief financial officer at T-Mobile, where he oversees finance, supply chain and related operations that support the company’s innovation and momentum. In this role, he provides strategic financial management, represents the Un-carrier’s growth story with investors, and positions the company for long-term success.
Peter joined T-Mobile in 2016 as vice president of external reporting and technical accounting and later served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Since becoming CFO in 2020, he has guided the company through a historic period that included the successful merger with Sprint. Under his leadership, T-Mobile has delivered record-breaking customer gains, service revenue, net income and free cash flow, proving customer centricity drives differentiated shareholder value.
Before T-Mobile, Peter was chief accounting officer at Outerwall Inc. (formerly Coinstar), where he also served as corporate controller and controller for the Coinstar business. Earlier in his career, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he supported the financial strategy of clients including T-Mobile.
Peter earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and biochemistry from Western Washington University.
