Peter Ewens is T-Mobile’s executive vice president of corporate strategy and development, where he leads strategic partnerships, new business incubation and development, roaming, and merger and acquisition activities. Peter likes to think of his team as having the same superpowers of his favorite superhero, Dr. Strange—bending the future of wireless through sheer will, intelligence, and tons of hard work.
Peter began his journey at T-Mobile in 2008 as senior vice president of corporate strategy. Previously, he was vice president OEM business at Sun Microsystems, a computer software and information technology services company. Before that, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. Peter received a Master of Science in management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.
Peter appreciates the finer things in life—wandering, maps, the bluest of blue skies, Coldplay, puzzles, trains, and murder mystery stories.
