President, Growth & Emerging Businesses

Lucy McLellan is T-Mobile’s executive vice president, chief brand and communications officer, leading the teams responsible for brand marketing, creative, public relations, corporate communications, events, sponsorships and customer benefits. In this role, she unites these functions under one vision to tell a consistent and powerful Un-carrier story across every customer and employee touchpoint.

Her team shapes how people see, experience and engage with T-Mobile — across ads, national campaigns, brand storytelling, employee engagement, community activations, loyalty programs, sponsorships and major events. Together, they bring the Un-carrier brand to life through work that fuels customer connection, strengthens reputation, amplifies brand fame moments and reflects the company’s values in action.

With extensive global experience in marketing and communications, Lucy has built and elevated some of the world’s most recognizable brands, driving business outcomes and deepening customer connection. Before joining T-Mobile, she spent more than a decade at Stellantis, where she served as senior vice president and head of marketing for North America, and previously as global chief marketing and communications officer for Jeep. During her tenure, she led integrated marketing and communications strategies across Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat and Alfa Romeo, with experience spanning Australia, Asia-Pacific and the United States.

Lucy earned a master’s degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, media and communications from Monash University, as well as a degree in marketing and professional communications from the University of Miami.
