Dave Miller is T-Mobile’s executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. He oversees all legal and government affairs for the Un-carrier and works alongside a sharp team of lawyers and other professionals.

Dave started his career in wireless working for Western Wireless, which would eventually become VoiceStream in 1999. There he served in several positions, including director and vice president of legal affairs. When VoiceStream became T-Mobile in 2001, Dave became senior vice president general counsel and then executive vice president in 2011.

Dave Miller is T-Mobile’s executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. He oversees all legal and government affairs for the Un-carrier and works alongside a sharp team of lawyers and other professionals.

Dave started his career in wireless working for Western Wireless, which would eventually become VoiceStream in 1999. There he served in several positions, including director and vice president of legal affairs. When VoiceStream became T-Mobile in 2001, Dave became senior vice president general counsel and then executive vice president in 2011.

Before his journey into wireless, Dave was an attorney with the firm of Lane Powell, and he began his law career as an attorney with the firm McCutchen, Doyle, Brown, and Enersen. He serves on the board of directors of the Competitive Carriers Association and is a member of its executive committee. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

In his free time, Dave enjoys a nice hike and pretty much anything outdoors, as well as baseball, spending time with his family and dog, and ’70s music.
