Christie Sandoval is executive vice president and chief customer officer at T-Mobile, where she leads the company’s end-to-end customer experience across T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile and other consumer and microbusiness brands. She oversees customer care, virtual retail and virtual business experiences, with a focus on delivering simple, personal and consistent interactions at every stage of the customer journey.

Christie brings a holistic, cross-functional perspective to how T-Mobile serves its customers, connecting care, retail and digital experiences to build trust, loyalty and long-term relationships. Her team continues to evolve customer engagement as expectations change, while staying grounded in T-Mobile’s Un-carrier commitment to put customers first.

During her tenure at T-Mobile, Christie has had a range of leadership roles spanning operations, strategy and go-to-market execution. Prior to her current role, she led consumer integrated operations and go-to-market functions, coordinating efforts across teams to bring new products and services to market.

Earlier in her career, Christie played a key role in shaping T-Mobile’s retail evolution, helping design next-generation store experiences across thousands of locations nationwide. She also led retail integration planning during the company’s merger with Sprint, supporting a smooth transition for employees and customers.

Christie has a degree in mass communications and leadership studies from Gonzaga University.
