Callie Field is a strategic adviser to T-Mobile’s senior leadership team, supporting the company through its leadership transition after serving as president of T-Mobile’s Business Group.

Over nearly two decades at T-Mobile, Callie started on the frontlines as a mobile expert in Austin, Texas, and advanced to the senior leadership team. As chief customer experience officer, she built the care and digital teams behind T-Mobile’s industry-leading service and pioneered the patented Team of Experts model — an approach that redefined customer care and earned 23 J.D. Power Awards across nine consecutive years.

As president of T-Mobile for Business, Callie evolved the organization into a solutions-driven business serving enterprise and government customers. She also championed T-Mobile’s culture — and its focus on customers — as the heart of the Un-carrier strategy.

Callie earned a bachelor’s degree in literary studies from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, as well as a law degree and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She has also completed executive leadership programs at MIT and Harvard Business School.
