Allan Samson is executive vice president and chief marketing officer at T-Mobile, where he leads the company’s integrated marketing organization, aligning strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth for the Un-carrier.

Allan has been a key leader in T-Mobile’s growth. Under his leadership, the company accelerated its broadband expansion, scaling 5G Home Internet nationwide and advancing its fiber strategy while bringing the Un-carrier approach to a highly competitive market. He also shaped the marketing strategy for the T-Mobile Business Group, strengthening the company’s position in the B2B space.

Before joining T-Mobile, Allan was senior vice president of marketing at Sprint, leading consumer and small business acquisition during a sustained period of customer growth. Earlier in his career, he served as senior vice president of marketing at Charter Communications and had executive leadership roles at Birch Communications. He began his career at AT&T, where he spent eight years in sales, marketing, and network operations roles.

Allan earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
