You can get the app by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play Store. To use it, you must add the T-Mobile FamilyMode feature to your T-Mobile account by visiting a T-Mobile retail location, calling 1-800-T-MOBILE (existing customers call 611 from your mobile device), or by visiting T-Mobile.com.

First, add the T-Mobile FamilyMode feature to your T-Mobile account by visiting a retail store, calling customer care, or visiting T-Mobile.com. Then download the T-Mobile FamilyMode app on your smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS). Log in using your T-Mobile ID and create a profile for the children you would like to manage, then download the app on your children’s’ smartphones or tablets (Android or iOS) and associate these devices to the child profiles on your device. Customize your feature settings the way you want and you are all set!

T-Mobile FamilyMode monitors app and Internet activities only. When you add T-Mobile FamilyMode to your account, you can also receive Family Allowances for free. Family Allowances helps you monitor talk and text usage. Details

Home Base can manage any device that uses the home’s network (Wi-Fi or LAN) to go online, whether it’s iOS, Android, Microsoft, a smart home device, or anything else. Examples include laptop computers, TVs, tablets that use Wi-Fi, and gaming consoles. Setup and management of Home Base’s settings requires an iOS device running iOS 9.3.4 or later or Android device running 5.0 or later.
