Starting July 28, 2017, for a limited time, new or existing customers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ can get a second Galaxy S8 or S8+ free via a rebate of up to $800 on a Prepaid MasterCard® Card.  Both smartphones must be purchased through our 24-month Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). If you cancel wireless services, remaining balance on phones becomes due. New customers must purchase a new line of service, while existing customers must add one additional line. An active, eligible rate plan for each eligible smartphone must be maintained. All lines on the account, including new add-a-lines, must remain active and in good standing until the rebate has been processed, which, on average, is 6-8 weeks from the time of activation.

New or existing T-Mobile customers who purchase a Galaxy S8 or S8+ on EIP and purchase a new line of service or add a line of service with a qualifying rate plan will qualify for a rebate of up to $800 via Prepaid MasterCard Card.

  • Within 6-8 weeks, you’ll receive up to $800 via Prepaid MasterCard Card.

We can only finance devices up to $720.  Because these smartphones are worth more, you will need to place a deposit on the amount over $720, plus any applicable down payment if necessary.  However, the rebate is for the full value of the Galaxy S8, so you will get your down payment on that smartphone back.

No. Customers cancelling a line on or after July 28, 2017 are not eligible for this promotion.

  • Yes. So long as you close out any obligations for your lease, have purchased both smartphones on EIP, and have added a line of service, you qualify for this promotion. This promotion cannot be used as a JUMP! On Demand upgrade.

Yes. You can get up to six free or discounted Galaxy S8 or S8+ smartphones per account. All smartphones must be on the same account.  Simply submit one rebate request per eligible account and we’ll ensure you receive each rebate you are eligible for.

Starting on 8/9/17, for a limited time, buy any Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ on Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) and get a Galaxy Tab E on us, via $10 monthly credits over 24 months. Your tablet must be purchased on an EIP with a 2GB or higher T-Mobile ONE Mobile Internet or Simple Choice Mobile Internet plan.  If you cancel wireless service before the end of the 24-month finance agreement, remaining device balance at full price is due.
New or existing customers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ and a Samsung Galaxy Tab E on an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) during the promotional period, and activate their tablet on a qualifying plan.
