Both devices must be purchased through our 24-month Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). If you cancel wireless services, remaining balance on phones becomes due. New customers must purchase a new line of service (or existing customers must add one additional line) and an active eligible rate plan for each eligible Galaxy phone must be maintained. All lines on the account (including new add-a-lines) must remain active and in good standing until the rebate has been processed (which, on average, is 6-8 weeks from the time of activation).
