A BOGO promotion requires two devices to be eligible and active. Promotional credits will stop if one of the two devices is returned.

Yes, multiple promotions can be on the same account, but only one EIP promotional bill credit per device.

It gives eligible customers the opportunity to cancel service and request continuation of monthly installments to pay the balance owed on their eligible smartphones until the balance is paid in full or promotional monthly bill credits expire. Eligible customers with Equipment Installment Plans that began on or after 7/23/2017 who are also taking advantage of an eligible smartphone promotion and who are otherwise in good standing under their EIP may request continuation of installment payments on their smartphone(s) (accessories and tablets are not eligible for continued installments) after service cancellation to continue to receive monthly bill credits or other promotion-related benefits associated with those smartphone(s).If we agree to continue monthly bill credits and installment payments on eligible smartphones after service cancellation, those credits and installment payments may be cancelled for Customers who do not remain in good standing under their EIP.

You must call CARE at 1-800-TMOBILE to cancel service and request continuation of monthly installments on your eligible smartphone(s). Or, if you have already cancelled service, you must call CARE within 60 days of cancellation to request continuation of monthly installments.

For warranty, your device will be covered by the manufacturer warranty if you meet their requirements. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. For insurance, you will no longer be eligible for insurance on your device through T-Mobile.

Upon cancelation of service and continuation of installment payments on an eligible smartphone, we will begin the unlock process to allow you to move to service on the carrier of your choice.

Any smartphone that has an EIP with a qualifying smartphone promotion (see promotions above to see which qualify) created on or after 7/23/2017 qualifies for this option. Tablets and Accessories do not qualify.
