Absolutely! You can purchase new phones easily through our app, or when entering your information in Easy Switch, simply indicate which phones on your account you plan on keeping that will require a physical SIM card, along with your mailing address. T-Mobile will ship a physical SIM card for them free of charge.

You'll need to contact your current carrier to unlock your phone. Carriers have varying requirements to unlock phones from their network. Once your phone is unlocked you can come back and complete the switch to T-Mobile.
