Protection<360>®: Must enroll within 30 days of making qualified T-Mobile device purchase, lease or finance, subject to Visual Mechanical Inspection. For accidental damage or loss/theft, up to 3 claims in any 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement, and any accidental damage claims serviced through AppleCare Services will count toward this limit. Service fee/deductible of up to $249. $0 service fee/deductible for hardware service (mechanical breakdown) claims and no claim limit for this type of claim. $5 processing fee collected by T-Mobile when devices are exchanged through T-Mobile. $1,500 per claim limit applies. When Apple device is no longer eligible for AppleCare Services, obligations to customer will be provided by another authorized repair center.
