You can pre-order your accessory now. Here are important things to know about pre-ordering :

When will my pre-ordered accessory ship?

Once your accessory becomes available, we will ship according to your pre-order date. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that if you order multiple devices in a single order, we will wait for all devices to become available before we can ship your order.

When am I charged?

We will charge your credit card when your accessory is actually shipped.

What if I have multiple items in my order?

All items will ship together when your pre-ordered accessory is available. If you add any currently available devices or accessories to your pre-order they will not ship separately. We highly recommend making a separate order if you would like your accessories sooner.

What about Returns and Cancellations?

If your change your mind, no worries. All pre-orders are supported by our standard return and cancellation policy.

Can I trade-in my current accessory?

Yes. We recommend initiating a trade-in after you have received your pre-ordered accessory. Be sure to select the "Trade-in Later" option during check-out. Note: You must trade in your accessory(s) to qualify for our ETF reimbursement program.

If I switch, will T-Mobile pay my Early Termination Fees?

In order to qualify for our ETF reimbursement program, you must (1) be switching from a postpaid plan on a contract with another carrier and (2) transfer your current numbers to T-Mobile. You would also (3) need to trade-in a mobile phone or tablet and purchase a new device with T-Mobile on a qualifying postpaid Simple Choice plan (you would not be able to sign up for a T-Mobile prepaid or Simple Choice Family Plan with no credit check). You can apply up to 12 lines; all lines must be activated in the same T-Mobile market with the same billing address.
