T-Mobile’s Un-Stoppable Un-CEO climbs to #12 in Glassdoor’s most admired CEOs for 2016 and #1 in Greater Seattle Area!
Bellevue, Washington — June 8, 2016 —T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) President and CEO John Legere today was again named one of Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs for 2016—coming in at #12 among the top 50 CEOs in America. Legere not only received a remarkable approval rating of 95% – based on anonymous, voluntary employee reviews submitted to Glassdoor – the Un-CEO also climbed two spots from #14 to #12 in just the past year alone.
Additionally, Legere claimed the#1 CEO spot for large companies based in the Seattle-area, and was joined by other top ranked local executives from Expedia (#21), Zillow (#23), Slalom Consulting (#44) and Costco (#46) – who made the top 50 CEO list for U.S. companies with more than 1000 employees.

CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment and the culture. Employees are asked to rate a number of workplace factors like compensation and benefits as well as work-life balance, and asked whether they approve or disapprove of the way their CEO is leading the company. In addition, employees are asked to describe some of the upsides and downsides of working for the company and provide any advice for senior management.
