Intercarrier Agreement Means T-Mobile and Cingular Customers Now Can Exchange Picture and Video Messages

For customers of T-Mobile USA and Cingular Wireless, the world of communication just got a little larger and a whole lot easier.

T-Mobile today announced an agreement with Cingular Wireless to offer intercarrier Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS). This means T-Mobile and Cingular customers now can exchange picture and short video messages, including text and audio, with each other directly from their MMS-enabled wireless phones.

"This is just another way T-Mobile is enhancing how customers communicate," said Michael Gallelli, director of product management for T-Mobile USA, Inc. "People want to expand their world of communications by allowing more people --including those with different wireless providers -- to receive their text, instant and picture messages."

T-Mobile supports a wide selection of picture and video-enabled phones. For a complete list of capable phones, pricing and additional information, please visit the company's website at www.t-mobile.com.
