- T-Mobile’s network has some limited outages. We are working to quickly restore service in these locations. We’ve deployed network resources like Cell On Wheels (COWs) and Cell On Light Trucks (COLTs) to help provide wireless coverage to T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers in the area.
- As the network is recovering, we encourage T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers to consider using text rather than voice services over the next couple of days -- text messages have the greatest chance of success in high traffic situations.
- T-Mobile relief trucks and local team members will be located at 3891 Kemp Rd Beavercreek, OH 45431 to distribute supplies including chargers, water, tents, chairs and other essentials.
Remember, customers on T-Mobile One or Simple Choice plans always have unlimited talk, text, and data. Metro by T-Mobile customers also have unlimited talk and text on all plans.
